A Blue Credit is a type of Bonus Credit that is blue in color found in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. They can be obtained by scanning pieces of Lore found throughout the game or by saving three Federation Marines on the G.F.S. Olympus. There is a limited number of 51 credits that can be found (the first 48 come from scanning Lore, and the last three come from saving the Marines).

Ten Blue Credits in two groups of five can also be obtained in the Special Mission flash game. Each credit comes with a number and riddle that must be solved to form a five digit Access Code, which can be entered into a Key Code terminal to unlock a wallpaper.

Blue Credits
"In most cases, blue credits are awarded for scanning lore entries, found throughout the various locations Samus travels during her adventure. When a lore entry is scanned, a blue credit icon appears at the top of the screen and the entry is downloaded into your Logbook. Lore entries are usually stored on terminals, especially in Galactic Federation-controlled areas. In addition, three blue credits are awarded aboard the GFS Olympus for saving Federation Troopers during a space pirate attack."
