A credit is a item you can use to buy stuff on Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. You can obtain one by doing in game stuff. They have no real life monetary value. There are 4 types of credits.
Friend Credits are obtained by receiving a Friend Voucher from someone on your friend roster.
Things you can use credits to purchase include soundtracks, concept art, and other stuff.
