Dark Arena Tunnel

Dark Arena Tunnel is a room in Dark Torvus in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.

When Samus first enters the room, she finds herself in a small chamber with a hole in the wall. A small tunnel can be accessed by entering the hole in Morph Ball mode. There are blocks in that tunnel that disappear if the player touches them. Below is a small pit that contains a staircase heading left. At the top, the player can use a Bomb to destroy the blocks from underneath. The player can't roll all the way across without falling until the player gets the Boost Ball. As such, the player can't get back to Dark Forgotten Bridge until Samus collects the Boost Ball (or dies). At the other end of the tunnel is an opening to another small chamber with a door. The Light Aether version of this room is Plaza Access.
