A pair of FG II-Grahams in the Biosphere
The FG II-Graham[1] is a mass-produced guardbot. Three are encountered by Samus Aran in the Biosphere in Metroid: Other M, and several more at later points in the game. They are floating turrets that ram into her and fire beams at her. They are only vulnerable when charging their fire, allowing Samus to target their Laser Launch Pods. The first group's defeat rewards Samus the Diffusion Beam.
Grahams alone are known to fire and ram, but later on, a pair of these fire concentrated electricity, thus, shooting through transparent and semitransparent obstacles.
They are encountered again in a Pyrosphere corridor, but since Samus has the Ice Beam and Wave Beam by that time, she can pierce their armor with uncharged shots at any point. They also appear in zero gravity areas near Sector Zero and in the Bioweapon Research Center.

Graham turrets appear as a stage hazard in the Pyrosphere stage based on the Geothermal Power Plant, alongside Ridley, Joulions and Zeros. The turrets feature the Diffusion Beam as one of their attacks. All the hazards including Ridley can be used to aid fighters in some form.

"In Metroid: Other M, Samus usually has to face these mobile turrets two at a time. They change speed as they fly around, firing laser beams from their large guns. In the Smash Bros. Pyrosphere stage, they fly in from above and fire lasers straight ahead when attacked. Use those lasers to hit the other fighters and Ridley!"
Trivia
- They resemble the Tau Drones of Warhammer 40,000.
