FS-176 is the star of the FS-176 System. Zebes, Twin Tabula, Oormine II, Bilium, and Tallon IV all orbit it. A holographic image of this star can be seen in Metroid Prime in the area of Tallon IV known as the Phendrana Drifts, in the Glacier One Observatory. It was first named in Metroid (manga) Chapter 2.

In the North Atrium of Chozo Ruins, there are Chozo sculptures "crafted in honor of Tallon's star."
