Federation Army Special Ops Battleship Vixin IV is a large battleship piloted by Adam Malkovich in Chapter 12 & 16 of Metroid: Volume 2. It leads a large fleet to Zebes to rescue Samus, Kuritsu, Mauk, and Platinum Chest, it is implied later that the ship also destroys the Space Pirate Flagship, causing Ridley to seek revenge on Adam Malkovich.

It is also seen fighting against the Space Pirate Mothership later, in which it tries to stall Ridey from warping to Zebes. Knowing that it would mean reinforcements for the Space Pirates of Zebes which would stop Samus being able to complete her Zero Mission. While Ridley is able to escape, the fate of the Vixin IV is not stated.
