Data Shrine 02 is a room on the Celestial Archives. It appears in Metroid Prime Hunters.
Description[]
This room is where Samus first encounters Kanden, and pursues him to a larger room for a confrontation. He escapes through a narrow passage in Stinglarva form, forcing Samus to go into her own Morph Ball form to give chase. Thus, this room marks the introduction to the concept of Bounty Hunters other than Samus having Alt-Forms. The Pursuit theme plays during this sequence and is only used again when Samus first encounters Spire on Alinos. The Foreboding theme, which is heard in Stronghold Voids and the Oubliette, is heard here before Samus encounters Kanden.
Samus later returns to this room when searching for the Volt Driver. She will have to defeat two Guardians in possession of it to get it. Once they have been defeated, a platform in midair will appear and a Morph Ball tunnel can be accessed. The map and presence of Guardians can make it difficult to leave this room.
