Troy Edward Baker (born April 1, 1976 in Dallas, Texas) is an American voice actor who has provided the voice for many lead and secondary characters in video games. He is best known for his roles as Joel in The Last of Us, Arlon in Kid Icarus: Uprising, Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite, Rhys Strongfork in Tales from the Borderlands, Bruce Wayne in Batman: The Telltale Series, Revolver Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and The Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins, among others in games, anime and animated films.
For Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Baker recorded voice lines for Male Fleet Troopers, which are present in the Flag Bridge and Ready Room.[1]
