Fleet Troopers are the backbone of the navy. They are often ignored in favor of the gallant Federation Marines. Their work is not always dangerous and is rarely glamorous as they mainly spend their time at computers. Most Fleet Troopers are specialists and are very intelligent, possessing a great deal of knowledge. Samus Aran encounters Fleet Troopers on the GFS Olympus. They'll make small talk with her if she talks to them as they work on the ship.
