Friend Voucher is an item used in
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. A Friend Voucher can become a
Friend Credit by sending it to someone on your
Friend Roster via
Wii Connect 24, thus allowing you to
purchase bonus content. You can get a maximum of 26 vouchers on one save file. They are obtained in many different ways throughout the course of the game and can be obtained only once per file. Known methods of Friend Voucher acquisition are listed below.

- Number of kills - A Friend voucher is awarded for every hundred kills up to one thousand (ten vouchers can be acquired this way, one at each hundred kill milestone).
- Juggling Bonus - Earn at least twenty points on the target practice mini-game in Docking Bay 5 aboard the GFS Olympus.
- GF Trooper Saved - During the Space Pirate attack on the Olympus, save a Galactic Federation Trooper from getting spaced after a hull breach by shooting the red, pulsing emergency switch.
- Flawless Escape - During the Space Pirate attack on Norion, Meta Ridley attacks Samus while she's in a Morph Ball tube. Escape from him without taking damage to earn this voucher.
- Shortcut Discovered - Near the middle of the Gel Cavern of Bryyo Fire, there's a pathway off to the right (when going toward the Bryyo Temple) blocked off by a jet of fuel gel. Stop the flow with an ice missile to reveal a morph ball path leading back to the Imperial Hall. Head though the tunnel to earn this voucher.
- Icy Reptilicide - To earn this voucher, trick either a Reptilicus or a Reptilicus Hunter into killing itself with its own chakram. Weaken it first then freeze it with an ice missile just after it throws its chakram. As the weapon returns, the Reptilicus will shatter.
- Perfect Execution - Earn this voucher when disabling the second defense turret in Thorn Jungle on Bryyo. Flip all three swithces without having any of them reset by Aerotroopers.
- Exterminator - Kill all of the small enemies found in the landing site of a Leviathan.
- Stylish Kill - On Elysia's Skybridge Hera don't fight the Steambots, let them fall with the bridge.
- Bowling for Bots - Kill three Tinbots using the Boost Ball.
- Crash Landing - Use the Plasma Beam to ignite a Pirate Aerotrooper's jetpack, and then use the Grapple Lasso to yank it off.
- New Area Discovered - Awarded upon the first visit to SkyTown East.
- New Area Discovered - Awarded upon the first visit to Bryyo Ice.
- 20 Commandos Defeated - Kill 20 Pirate Commandos
- Harvester Destroyed - Command Samus's ship to make a bombing run on a Phazon Harvester Drone.
- Leviathan Humiliated - Shoot the eyes of the Leviathan orbiting the Pirate Homeworld multiple times while inside it.
- Secret Message Discovered - Listen to the last message of the GFS Valhalla.
