HWCASE was a fan-created bounty hunter in Blood of the Chozo and the Nintendo Power article on it. He gave chase to Mr. Quartz, Delta, and Dark Panda, the latter of whom he injured with a laser shot. His goal was to cash in on the bounty on Delta, who was no longer held prisoner in the Marshal base.
