Hyper Grapple

The Hyper Grapple is the fourth and final Hyper Mode attack. After defeating Omega Ridley in the Pirate Homeworld's Leviathan, Samus Aran gets bombarded with more Phazon, further corrupting her to 75% Corruption. Samus then obtains the item.

Being a Hyper Mode attack, it can only be used in Hyper Mode and requires the use of Phazon to use it. This is the Grapple Voltage's Hyper Mode variant. It injects Phazon into the enemy, either massively damaging it or absorbing Phazon while slowly damaging the creature she is latched onto. However, like the Grapple Voltage, the downside is that it can only be used on a handful of enemies, those that have a Grapple Point for the Grapple Lasso.

This attack is used to destroy certain formations like the Hyper Missile barriers but with a sort of eye stalk sticking out of it. Samus can latch on and inject Phazon into it until it breaks. It is also very useful of the final run through Phaaze, as Samus can attach yourself to the numerous Phaz-Ing that populate the area and quickly drain out her Phazon meter.
