"What's the matter? All I said was that Komaytos look like little Metr—"

Kraid's Missile Gun is featured in Captain N: The Game Master. Although Kraid has never been shown using weapons in the Metroid games, an armored, rhinoceros-like creature in Metroid, Sweet Metroid is seen with it holstered. Duke plays dead in front of the creature, which pokes him with some sort of spear-like weapon. Distracted, Kevin is able to lasso the enemy and take the gun from its holster. The two then escape. Kevin later uses the gun on a Protoplasm he encounters, after freezing it with an Ice Beam Item Sphere he fires five shots at the creature, similar to the effective and preferred tactic of killing a Metroid.

Kraid's Missile Gun

Artwork of the show names both the Protoplasm and this gun, thereby confirming the rhinoceros creature is Kraid himself.
