Changes: Luminoth Elevator

A Luminoth Elevator is a special lift present in the Torvus Temple. It is blocked off by an emerald Luminoth language hologram (the only one that is neither spinning nor attached to a Luminoth Lore projector or Translator Door), and cannot be accessed until A-Voq updates Samus' Translator Module. The hologram itself spells the word "lore" in Luminoth Symbols.
