Massimo Maietti is a game designer, localizer and researcher. Maietti worked as an editor and localizer at Nintendo of Europe for three years, and translated Metroid: Zero Mission into Italian. He has since worked as a game designer and creative director at Milestone, Climax, 1bit Garden and Outer Space One, and had co-founded the latter two. He worked as the creative director at Zynga from 2011-2016, before leaving to become the general manager and vice president of product at Scopely. In November 2016, Maietti was sued by Zynga for allegedly stealing confidential information while he worked for them and taking it to Scopely.[1]
