Added by OdnetninAdlezMichael Kelbaugh is Federation PED Trooper who was killed in the Space Pirate attack on the Galactic Federation ship Valhalla. He was first found dead and identified by the Galactic Federation Reconnaissance Drone in the Metroid Prime 3 Preview channel.
