Naoki Mori

Naoki Mori is a graphic designer for Nintendo EPD. He began his career at Nintendo by designing the original F-Zero, and then several prominent SNES games in the following years. These include Super Mario All-Stars, where he remade the backgrounds for the original Super Mario Bros. and The Lost Levels. Mori was a cinematic designer for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, and thus cutscenes and demos have become his focus, particularly with Zelda and Pikmin titles. Mori has also contributed to three Metroid titles: he was a storyboard artist for Metroid Prime 2: Echoes and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and is credited under special thanks in Metroid: Other M. Naoki Mori is not to be confused with Naoko Mori, also a graphic designer, who works for Intelligent Systems and has never contributed to a Metroid game.
