The Nintendo DSi is a future handheld gaming system and a variation on the existing Nintendo DS. It has been released in Japan on November 1st 2008, And will be released in America on April 5, 2009. It has the ability to take pictures, having two cameras. It will aslo feature a DSi Shop to buy games, to play DS games on it, listen to music, and connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. It is 12% thinner than the Nintendo DS Lite. It is similar to the Wii because it has a shop to buy games and other software. However "Nintendo Points" will be used to purchase online products rather than Wii Points.
