Omega Fusion Suit

In Metroid Fusion, Samus was infected with by X Parasites and much of her Power Suit was surgically removed. She was given a vaccine made from Metroid DNA to save her life. Toward the end of the game, she defeated the SA-X, a sentient X born from the infected suit parts, but its Core-X escaped. It later showed up when Samus was battling - and losing to - an Omega Metroid, and she was able to absorb it, granting her Fusion Suit an upgrade beyond even the previously-absorbed Varia Suit and Gravity Suit data, dubbed the Omega Suit or Omega Fusion Suit by series fans. As with the previous suit upgrades, the Fusion Suit’s color scheme changed (this time to orange-on-yellow, resembling her destroyed Varia Suit prior to infection) and she became far more resistant to damage. She also regained the ability to use the Ice Beam (which Adam had previously conjectured would be rejected by her altered cellular makeup, due to a cold vulnerability from the Metroid DNA inside her).

In Metroid Prime, with the Fusion Suit mode turned on, the Phazon Suit has this color scheme.
