These are the items that appeared in Phase 7.
Major Items
Ice Beam, Wave Beam, Spazer Laser Beam and Plasma Beam
Each of these Beams is in a shaft in the middle of the area. Because the Beams cannot stack, Samus will have to reobtain whatever one she wants to use next.
Screw Attack
Samus must kill a Zeta Metroid within the large cavern and jump up the opening above. Here she must roll through the wall to reach the Screw Attack.
Energy Tanks
Energy Tanks 1 and 2
Both are in the highest parts of the area. The first is found at the top of the massive cliff, in the shaft on the right. The second is in a tunnel in the ceiling, only reachable with the Spider Ball.
Missile Pods
Missile Pod 1
In a tunnel in the ceiling, the same place as the second Energy Tank.
Missile Pod 2
Samus must descend the left shaft burrowed into the top of the cliff and roll through the lowest tunnel. This Pod is at the end.
Missile Pod 3
Down at the bottom of the area, in a small tunnel on the left corner of a pool of water.
Missile Pod 4
Halfway up the right-hand shaft, above the ledge leading to a Zeta Metroid's domain, Samus will find another ledge below the place where she fights a Gamma Metroid. This Pod is in a small pit.
