The Quarantine Room is based in an unknown Galactic Federation base or space ship in Metroid: Other M. It is where Samus Aran, in her Zero Suit, awakens after escaping Zebes in Super Metroid. Samus is awoken by the Head Quarantine Officer and directed by the other Quarantine Officer to enter the Empty Training Room.
