Ruined Alcove is a minor room in the Torvus Bog of Aether. Despite the name, the room seems to be relatively intact. The floor in the middle chamber is flooded with water, and Shredders are provoked into attacking Samus when she approaches. Other than this, the room is of little importance.

The room's Dark Aether counterpart is the Putrid Alcove.
