Shinpei Minato is or was a programmer at Team Ninja from the mid 2000s to early 2010s. He engineered Metroid: Other M and Dead or Alive: Dimensions. Before this, he programmed the cloth and hair physics for Dead or Alive: Xtreme 2 and was a level designer for Ninja Gaiden II. Minato also provided programmer support for Dead or Alive 5, credited as Shimpei Minato. Whether he is still involved with the company is unknown and he has not been credited in a game since.
