The Stoke's projectile can be seen as a yellow dot in the door.

A Stoke[1] is an unused creature in Super Metroid. It is a very small Crocomire that runs around spewing small flames at Samus. The Stoke's AI is incomplete; it cannot recognize slopes and runs through them. Stokes are loaded in RAM in the Crateria room with a small Morph Ball tunnel that requires the Bomb, leading to a Missile Tank.
