Takehiro Oyama is a Nintendo employee heavily involved in the technical support and quality assurance of its video games, including New Play Control! Metroid Prime, New Play Control! Metroid Prime 2: Dark Echoes and Metroid Prime Trilogy. His first credit was Wii Fit in 2007; thus, Oyama had no other involvement with the original versions of the three Metroid Prime games.
His other credits include titles in the WarioWare series, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Yoshi's Woolly World.
