This thing is MALE? Even when I was fighting it I was calling it a queen!Marx Wraith 06:51, September 5, 2010 (UTC)

I thought it was a queen as well since most insects that form colonies like bees, ants, termites, etc. are all bred from a single queen. But I'm going to guess whoever made this page got the name from the game guide, so no point in arguing. Jo the Marten(Talk Page) ಠ_ಠ 06:54, September 5, 2010 (UTC)
Alien bug pirates are backwards man, backwards!Marx Wraith 07:01, September 5, 2010 (UTC)
I actually haven't seen the "Beastairy" where we're getting these creatures' names, but I think it is Nintendo-official and has all of the creatures in the game identified. It's not the game guide (I think), but it is canonical and effectively indisputable. On the actual science of bug colonies, I know that auto-fertilizing hemaphrodites are sometimes referred to as male- if the Keyhunters only have one sex, the "king" could be the only one that lays eggs. I have also heard that termies have both a "king" and "queen" in each colony, but have no idea how that works in terms of breeding and social organization.--AdmiralSakai 14:13, September 5, 2010 (UTC)

Kalle demos[]

The methods you use to kill him seems to be the same as kalle demos from zelda wind waker. 213.94.237.197 20:00, December 31, 2010 (UTC)
