What is the source that those are officially called Samus Eaters according to "Japanese Media?" I know Blob Throwers are called Samus Eaters in Japan, but not those things in Super Metroid. Infinitysend 13:50, June 9, 2010 (UTC)

Please use talkheaders, which can be added by typing two of these { and typing Talkheader, followed by two of these }. So, does that mean these are Blob Throwers? --RoyboyX{ADMIN} 20:24, June 9, 2010 (UTC)

Highly unlikely they're blob throwers. But i am curious, where did the name Samus Eater come from? Is it directly translated from Japanese sources? If thats the case, then i'd suggest we try to find ANY other source to see what these things are named in english, cause in all honesty, Samus Eater is...meh. Should the brown variant/alternate (unused) pallete version of this creature be added to the gallery?  DarkraiShadowXZ (talk) 23:44, September 28, 2019 (UTC)
