Tatsumi Kimishima

Tatsumi Kimishima (君島 達己 Kimishima Tatsumi?) (born April 21, 1950, in Tokyo) is the current president of Nintendo. He succeeded the late Satoru Iwata as president on September 14, 2015, following his death from a bile duct growth on July 11, 2015. Kimishima is credited under Special Thanks in Metroid Fusion, Metroid Prime, Metroid: Zero Mission, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes and Metroid: Samus Returns.[1] Kimishima has been appointed as the CFO of The Pokémon Company, president of Pokémon USA Inc., and president, CEO and chairman of the board of of Nintendo of America. On April 26, 2018, it was announced that he would step down as president in June 2018, with Shuntaro Furukawa succeeding him.[2]
