In 1990 and 1991, two Nintendo-themed calendars were released. Both contained images based around games for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Both calendars had several games used for the theme of at least one month. In the 1990 and 1991 calendars, Samus's helmet is depicted with a port visor similar to those of old diving suits instead of the visor from the game.

1990 calendarEdit

1990

The 1990 calendar had Metroid used as the theme for November. The cover depicted three-dimensional pixelated sprites of Mario, Donkey Kong, Samus Aran, Pit, a Cheep Cheep, Link, a Starman, Princess Peach and King Wart.

1991 calendarEdit

1991

The 1991 calendar had Metroid used for the months of March and August. The cover depicted Samus, Link, a Cheep Cheep, Peach, Barba/Volvagia from Zelda II, Mario, a Shyguy riding an Ostro and King Hippo.

1993 calendarEdit

The 1993 calendar depicted Metroid II: Return of Samus this time around, for the month of June.
