The Torvus Hanging Pods are spherical plants that grow on vines that hang down in the air in the Torvus Bog. Logbook entries reveal that these pods were placed by the Luminoth to hold resources and ammunition during the war. Although most are empty now, some still contain ammunition and/or energy. A few shots are enough to knock them off and retrieve the items that are dropped. Strange enough, the pods will sometimes make the ground shake when they fall to the ground. This may mean that the pods are very heavy.

Field cache for Luminoth military. Designed to hold crucial munitions and supplies for Luminoth warriors. Some may still contain useful items left over from the war.
The Luminoth placed these pods throughout the bog for use by their soldiers during the war. Though many have been raided since then, some still contain useful items left over from the war
