Hello, everyone. PeanutLord here.

I first became interested in Metroid roughly three years ago, when I first played Super Metroid. I didn't get very far in it; only up to the Power Bombs, if I recall correctly. Nevertheless, it still was an enjoyable game.

In 2006, I got Metroid Prime. I had only about $10 left on an Internet gift card, and I was searching Gamestop.com for a cheap game. I found the game there for only around $5. Remembering my enjoyable experience with Super Metroid, I asked on Gamefaqs whether or not I should buy it. As you might expect, it was a unanimous "yes".

Long story short - the game blew me away. For my birthday that year, I got Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. I actually found it to be better than the original Prime...though, obviously, most people don't share that opinion. I managed to get my hands on another copy of Super Metroid, eventually, and completed it. At that time, Super Metroid became my favorite game of all time. I managed to get my hands on Zero Mission that summer, as well. Earlier this year, I got Fusion. Unfortunately, my copy of Super Metroid had disappeared, but, luckily enough, it came out on the Virtual Console the next week. And then came Corruption, which surpassed Super Metroid as my favorite game of all time. It had some flaws, of course, but, then again, so does every game. Since it came out, I've played through it countless times, and haven't gotten bored yet.

So...yeah. That's my story. I also got Hunters at one point - for some reason, though, I can't remember when.

I've made quite a few contributions to Wikitroid prior to joining, but I only recently made my account.

I'm also the administrator of the newly made EarthBound Wiki. I would greatly appreciate it if you were to help me expand it.
