And some images from the DVD... A few of these took quite a while because I grabbed every frame from the DVD to create the sides or bottom/top... 2-3 pixels at a time to get the whole thing because of the annoying fade/pan in the video.Read more >
Been working with Darren recently to get this interview together. It was his idea to do a time-lapse video of the process, which had it's share of challenges, but turned out nice and helped me feel out the progress of it.

Hey, guys. Been a while. Wrapping up my animation degree at the moment, but I thought I'd share my current affairs with you all. I've been working on a Ridley costume for this year in the style of my previous ones. (10.5 - 11 feet ...To scale with Samus.) It received a research grant for $500 and will be shown in the Stedman Gallery at Rutgers Camden this upcoming month, along with photography of the costumes and the earlier two costumes will be shown at the gallery's reception. Took some new shots of Ridley at an abandoned pool today, but I can't show them quite yet. Probably after the thesis show reception.
You can look at some in-progress shots and updates on what my costumes have been up to on my dA page, here: http://chozoboy.deviantar…Read more >

The Ing and Dark Aether were the originals. When the Leviathan hit, it created Aether and the Luminoth who had previously "met" with great minds like the Chozo and "were not born of Aether, but of the stars" then "claimed a homeworld and formed a deep bond with it."
The answers are so obvious. Samus got suckered.Read more >
