A Wisp Tentacle is a creature mentioned in the Concept Gallery in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It is unknown what it corresponds to in-game, if anything. It is possible that the concept art may refer to an unused species, the light world version of a Darkling Tentacle, or the red anenome-like plants in two rooms in the Temple Grounds. No official word exists from Retro Studios on the matter, but Wisp Tentacle is present on a older scan data list on the game's disk. [1]
